ENROLLMENT ADVICE: Now that you're ready to enroll your first Preferred Customer or Brand Partner, we have a few tips:

 

LifeWave is in the process of revising the full LifeWave.com site - which will include a streamlined process for enrolling Preferred Customers and Brand Partners. 

​

However, you may find the current LifeWave.com site's enrollment processes a bit "confusing." As such, we recommend filling out a paper, hardcopy enrollment form with your Preferred Customer or Brand Partner's full information. (Download this form from PDF links above).

​

PREFERRED CUSTOMER ENROLLMENT: Preferred Customer (PC) accounts require the customer to have a monthly subscription to qualify for receiving wholesale prices. LifeWave offers 2 PC account types: Preferred Customer (PC) and Preferred Customer Plus+. We will provide  step-by-step enrollment instructions soon.

 

BRAND PARTNER ENROLLMENT: If you are enrolling a Brand Partner (BP), we will be providing a similar enrollment video shortly. If you have filled out a paper enrollment form, you will have the BPs full information, so this enrollment process should be straightforward. â€‹
